This website has been designed with the main function of providing to the public general information in relation to my corporate profile, services and clients and to share news and updates on relevant legal matters. Therefore, the collection of the Users’ personal data will not be required. Please note that I do not collect any personal data of the website’s Users in an automatic way, except or those that the website Users shall provide, using the e-mail hyperlink available on the website. In these cases, the provision of your contact details is optional; if you do not provide your personal information and contact details I will not be able to follow up with you to provide you with the requested information or to handle any enquiry appropriately.

WHICH COUNTRIES I TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO

The personal data that I collect from you shall not be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Although, in order to provide my services, I may need to transfer your personal information to locations outside of Greece. In order to conduct my business, I may also disclose personal data to third parties such as public/regulatory authorities/governmental bodies, third parties that provide services to me (such as but not limited to service providers, conducting audits, providing IT services, hosting service providers, event management agencies, banks, insurance companies and other support and administrative service providers that deliver support services to me), business partners and associates.

SECURITY AND DATA RETENTION

I take the security of your personal data seriously. I have internal policies and controls in place to try to ensure that your personal data is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed. I will take reasonable steps to ensure that the information that I hold about you is kept confidential and secure.
